What are the Best Mods for Minecraft 1.10.2?

The title says it all. I want to do a modded 1.10.2 survival, but I only have a couple mods so far. I want to know what you favorite mods are for 1.10.2. I don't want any biome generation mods though.

None, If you want decent amount of mods your gonna have to use a decent version like 1.7.10

I personally like Conquest Reforged, Waila, Wawla, Vein Miner, CustomNPCs and perhaps some sort of Map. Otherwise I'm more familiar with 1.7.10 mods.
