Any Visual basic coders here?

I'd like to get help in my vb minecraft program.
-its going to have a LOT of functions like:
-skin stealer (use the skin or download it or just view it.)
-auto texturepack installer
-auto mod installer
-seed list
-server list
-maybe more in the future!
Its not that im not good at coding, because i am realy good at vb
but this gets to much for me i realy hope you will help me.
The program is going to be called MineOptions (Copyright)

Yes i know about the key "tab" and i meen a list of good servers to join

By "Server list" Do you mean which players are on the server? You can do that by pressing the Tab button, if that's what you mean.

Why visual basic? That would only work for windows, right?

I'm sure there'd be a way to make it work for Linux and Mac's too

And i'm sure that Visual basic uses .net.

.net is a software framework that was developed by Microsoft. So yes using VB will give you a .exe which will only run on windows. However VB programs can fairly easily be converted to java, which runs across multiple platforms.
Personally I would use C# (also uses .net framework) for this project. I can make this for you if you still haven't found anyone.
