Just Enough Items required a new version of forge. So I deleted my version and downloaded forge. The problem was that it came with a .part file. I didn't mind it until I tried to open it. It just took a while and said it could not be opened. I'm using a mac and I'm using 1.12.2 forge.

The forge installer is a jar file, should run fine if you got java, since i don't use a mac, idk if there are extra steps to opening a jar file, but i don't think there should be .part file. Make sure you press on "Installer" on forge's website to download the jar file.
