Changing some text.

So I was hoping you guys could help me. I am a java coder, and want to change the "minecraft 1.8" to my text. (http://prnt.sc/d0vqvh). I've checked everywhere, but can't seem to find any "drawstring("Minecraft 1.8")" in the code. I'm using MCP for 1.8. PLZ HELP!!!

I remember changing it once, in the explorer search gui and find something that is named anything near "maingui or mainmenugui" an there should be alot of variables just find the one containing that and then you are done
