Downloading pixelmon 2.5

i got forge downloaded, i can run in on my minecraft and it says 3 of 3 mods but i cant get the pixelmon to work would someone please help me or help me find out why its not working?

i am using the 1.6.4 forge

Make sure the version and game version match up. Such as 1.7.2 won't work with most 1.6.4 mods

Or anyone who is willing to help have a skype im not sure if ill be able to get it from reading instructions

Put the pixelmon.zip in your mods folder at %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft/mods

i did, but my winrar says there a proble with the zipped folders

Try download the mod again.

i have multible times, any other ideas i could try? forge DOES work so its just this last step that i need. do you have a skype?
