I'm pretty sure he's asking for a modmaker, not a modmaker mod. The only ones that shouldn't be posted here are modmaker made modmakers, and I doubt that's possible.
Of course, I could be wrong, but it just seems logical.

Coding. I've tried making a simple website with notepad. Making sites like these are complicated. Imagine a GAME. At least modding a game is easier

Unless I can teach you how to code, but I can only do items, 2 hands, crafting, mobs, potions, GUI button, editing code, etc.

I would say not to choose a mod maker. You can only add certain things, you should rather learn to code.
