Hardcore to actually be Hard... (Need mods)

I am looking for a list of mods (forge compatible), that will make a hardcore mode actually hard. Like I would like something that would have to keep me on my toes at all times. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I think them mean like, charged creepers... when lighting hits them.

I forgot to mention the mods need to be 1.5.2 but I am also thinking about doing 1.6.2 world also. and a supercreeper? Is that a mod or are you saying I have to make that? lol
