Help with Continuum Shaders - Not Working :\\

So I just recently downloaded the continuum shader pack and with it optifine so it'd work but every time It looks like this..
Everything is so blurry. I've extracted the zip file and tried using both but nothing happened.
I'm playing on 1.11.2 version of Minecraft and on the profile Optifine 1.11.2. I'm also using Natural Realism as a Resource Pack if that helps.

that would explain it, shaders arnt known to play nice with intel gpus

You put the .zip file in it. And yes you need to put it in the shaderspack folder.

you dont extract the zip, you just drop it in like a normal texturepack
