As most of us know, shaders is AWESOME, for those who can handle it on their computer .
I Love shaders, and I figured: why not make my own
But I don't know where to start?

What language then; java, etc ?
I figured not starting from scratch, but base it off something like chocoapick13s for example, (talking with him / her first ofc )
Can you do it like this ?

It's not easy trust me...Don't start it you are gonna give up. It's so hard that you need to learn programming language and stuff.. Just use the already existed shaders. Will be hard to make it even better than the popular ones like Sonic's, Sildur's, SEUS etc..

I don't think you should say "Don't start if you know you are gonna give up". It's like when going into a project knowing you will give up you will still learn, even if it's just basic programming you learn. It will be worth it.

I think you need to learn some programming language to make it, just like any other mods
