I have a functional system integrated into my server using command blocks that allows players to build 2 structures in the world and link them together to teleport between them.

It works 100%... except when a chunk unloads that one of the structures is in. I need a plugin that can load a chunk at a tagged armor stand then allow the chunk to unload when the tagged armorstand is killed.

Any suggestions, ideas, or links will be highly appreciated! I currently am using the amazing KeepChunks plugin... but the player has to manually run the command at each structure and there is room for abuse outside of the Warp Relay system described above, which could result in unnecessary server strain.
