Minecraft MMORPG/RPG Mods For Server

Hi guys.
I've decided to open a server and want to know if there are any MMORPG or RPG mods that are really fun and can be used for a server. I've looked on the internet for this and still haven't seen anything that would satisfy a new player to the server.
I'm looking for something that has a class system (not that important), skills/ranks/levels, more weapons/armors, factions, reset class (if classes are installed), and PVP/PVE gameplay. Also a decent map for all this.
So far Devine, Hack/Mine, and Legend of Notch. But will they work for multiplayer? and if so, how? I'd really appreciate your help.

I understand. Is there a way to download it when they load the server/join?

Make it a normal server, some people dont know how to download Hack/Mine

Hack mine works for multiplayer but finding a server provider willing to host it is hard and expensive
