If you do intend to make a modpack just remember you NEED WRITTEN permission and must include some sort of identification that shows who really made each of the mods.
(Nothing more annoying than a noob stealing credit for mods he OBVIOUSLY didn't create)

All you have to do is ask each developer if you can do it, and then add them all into one zip file, or follow this for Tekkit:
