I need some help on Terrain Control. Ples? :[

Hey there Planet Minecrafters. I just installed Terrain Control for my server and i've gotten in a bit of a mix up. I tried configuring it myself but it was all to overwhelming. Since i'm not a programmer my self. So i decided i need help and came on here! So if anyone would like to help me, feel free to. I'm trying to get big islands to spawn in the world with biomes. It was really hard for me to do it. So if anyone could help that'd me awesome! My skype is jalenjay01 if anyone wants to come help me
Here is just some simple things i want:
-No structures (villages, strongholds etc...)
-No caves
-Jungle biome
-Tall Jungle trees with vines and coconuts almost like a canopy
-Desert biome
-Unique cactuses
-Could you possibly combine a desert and mesa biome?
-High sand dunes
-Palm trees scattered
-Plains biome
-No flowers
-No trees
-Kinda hilly
-Can you put a big mountain in one to?
-Icy plains biome
-Igloos
-Some what rare ice spikes
-Swamp biome
-Big trees. Thick and tall and leaves hanging down from them
-Scatter mushrooms
-No rivers or lakes or ponds, but pools
Extreme hills biome
-Big hills
-Plains somewhere on the mountain
Birch wood biome
-Not so many birch trees
