Nothing at all in my mod should be flagged yet now the flag on my post is red. Are people really like this?

I'm locking this thread. If the flags are invalid they will be dismissed, so there's no reason to be concerned about it. If it bothers you, add a note on your mod's description that you have stopped with the update log abuse so a flag is not necessary.

See? Your mods are too good to be dismissed, and you never abused the update log thing. So... that means you have haters that are simply jealous of you work. Which means that your obviously a boss.

Except a moderator told me only for important updates and I stopped. The flags were after this.

Your mod was flagged twice, once 4 days ago and once 3 days ago. A moderator dismissed both of those flags. A moderator then disabled your mod 3 days ago for update log abuse. You agreed to stop and it was re-enabled. There have been no flags since then.

well I notice right away you took parts from minecraft.jar and posted them on PMC ...

Not the whole .jar is included, and some mods may over-write base .class files.
So it's probably just trolls.
