Thanks for clearing that up... I didn't know that. But then again I have never created a mod.

Yeah me neither. But i'm working on one with some guy (XD I really DO NOT know him but whatev , he said he was up for collab.) I give him all the ideas , but he programs it , so sadly it can't go on my PMC page too.

I think he is asking what level you have to be to get the "Modder" rank. But if he isn't , you don't have to be any level to be post a mod. I think.
