Wont rebostfuocate?

Im updating my more recipes mod and im done coding and i recomplied and tested but it wont rebostiboucate so I can get the class files because it cant find the md5s, I looked for them to see if they exist and they do. So why isnt it working?
My error:

dident work for me.

Take your source out and decompile a fresh jar to re-generate the md5 hashes.

Fresh as in a new completly unedited jar?(I deleted the META-INF)
Or new as in cleanup then re-decompile?
