You should tutorial to how install and use mods, please help me I don't know what to do...

Hi everyone, I just downloaded this mod right here https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/1-13-3-3-multi-block-gold-pickaxe-datapack/ the problem is that I don't know how to install it, and how to use it, can somebody write a little tutorial on how to install and how to use this 3x3 pickaxe?

Put folder from that zip file into <your_world>/datapacks folder, open up the game and join the world where you put the datapack.
Now run this command:
Now it should work now, to test it, get golden pickaxe and start mining stone.
