Hi, I have a couple skin packs and a texture pack on MCPE, and I want to get them on Windows 10, is there a way to transfer or access them without buying again? Thanks!

Are you talking about content purchased from the Minecraft store? Any purchase will stay linked with your GamerTag/login, so when you log into the Windows 10 version or vice versa it will be there.
