Also i'm a plugin developper and i need some builds that goes with the plugin project
Togetter we can build as a team for servers, people that have requests, ...

I believe his first language is not english. So he isn't the greatest. But just because he may have bad grammar, it doesn't mean he can't build and organize. But if you wanna join, i'll be doing most of the group managing as plarsootje has work to do at the same time. So yeah.

Maybe if you used correct grammar you would get applications from people older than 14, or any good builders

We communicate over skype. Also I believe a teamspeak server costs money to run, and we don't wanna have to pay to talk every now and then.
