If you can use mcedit or another program to convert the area into a schematic, you can open it in the schemagic viewer, and your friend can open it in their web browser. That's the best you've got for now. There is currently no up-to-date way to convert java minecraft worlds into bedrock edition worlds.

Good luck,

It's a bit old, and I don't have PE edition so I can't confirm that it still works, but YES you can convert a PC world into a PE edition world. You just gotta do a little research to find that out :p

I don't want to explain it here, but Antvenom actually did a video on the subject, and it should be able to help you much better than I can ;D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFAkc5L4h48
