But yeah, fancy chocolatier sounds cool, just sell cocoa beans and cookies

Some big malls also have a movie theater, that might work.

Think about the average adult, what they would buy. Maybe like Mineco, Minecraft Costco? Depending on which country maybe farmers or Kmart. Have a specialty food store? E.g Truffles, artisan bread?

I'm building my own town so here's the stuff I'm doing:

- Liquor/wine store
-Clothes stores (get leather stuff and dye it)
-Flower shop
-Post office (some malls have one)
-Bookstore
-Some malls have a military recruitment center (in Texas at least, maybe I'm used to that )
-Fancy restaurant
-Newspaper/Magazine stands
-Bakery- sell macaroons and little baked snacks and cookies
-Shoe store and shoe repair
-Animal supply store/pet store
-Spices and herbs or a place that sells stuff to make tea and stuff
-Barber/hair salon

a gem shop that sells diamonds, emeralds, gold, and lapis lazuli, maybe you could upload a jewelry mod to your server/world

Record shop. You sell records. Maybe add some snazzy rainbow fashioned disco balls here and there.
