So recently, I have almost finished my paintball/prison MC server (which was a two year adventure), and I need staff to be on at almost all times basically. If you would be willing to help me out that would be great!
A little about us:
- We are well funded
- We have our own hosting PC

Why do you want to be mod/admin: I feel after being a retired developer I have a lot of seniority knowledge of how plugins work and I'm looking for a server also I want to become an Admin because I want to be able to help and commit my time towards something I love to do rather than sit around all day
What makes you eligible for mod/admin: First of all I'm of age and second of all I have the mental and physical capability me being a retired dev makes me know a lot about plugins and the mechanics behind them so I'm more than capable to become an Administrator
What new things will you bring to SpaceDelta: I will be bringing new ideas to the server along with making sure that the other mod and staff members are obeying and doing there job correctly also I can bring a caring and loving community and help make sure all of the toxicity stays out of the server so people can have a fun enjoyable time with friends

SCENARIO: A new player has just joined the server and is advertising an IP in chat. What do you do: If a player joined and advertised I would clear the chat and give the player a temporary mute as self promoting servers on other servers is no joke
SCENARIO: You think a player is hacking, but you're not really sure. What would you do: I would gather up all the evidence I could and take time to analyze the footage or screenshots and if I'm really not sure after that bring together other members of the staff team for a closer look and go through an advance screen share session as I know how to hide files and spoof certain things so I could find out if they were hacking easily
How many hours (estimated) will you be on every week: 14-20 Hours per week (Depend on the week weather I'm on vacation or busy or not)
Is there anything else you would like to tell me: I will be spending some time coding and may get a job but this will not affect the time I spend on the server also don't be afraid to contact me at anytime I'm here to help and will be available at most hours of the day
