World Editing Software?

I'm currently making a mirrored PVP map, and need help.
I have completed one side, and need to flip the map and add it to the opposing side.
The only problem is that my computer isn't the greatest, and I run around 25 fps.
Is there any world editing software that you would recommend that's not too taxing on my system? Please help!

If you're on a server, I'd recommend that with world edit, you copy it and simply //rotate 180 and there you go!
But if not, I could do it for you using MC edit.. Just PM me the world download :3
