Im making a resourcepack and trying to get the armor to work, but when I did, it looks all like Big and squished up on the guy. Is there a way to fix it?

I would give the guess that you could use a 3D editing software to change the helmet's 3D form into something a bit smaller. I've seen it be done with a lot of other 3D resourcepacks, so my guess is that's also possible to do with that helmet :)

assuming the pack is 16x the image should be 64x32
it also needs the textures to be drawn on the exact places of the original pieces....
open the 1.12 jar file
assets
minecraft
textures
models
armor
if you copy all files relating to the armor youre editing and match the textures to the original it should work
