I currently run a server that has Cops and Robbers 4: High Security (IP: cnr.orbitmc.us) does anyone know how to reduce the redstone/command block lag? THANKS pm me if you are kind enough to help

Depending on how you made the redstone, then updating your server may be all you can do. One thing to try is make all your clocks hopper clocks instead of comparator or command block clocks, and get rid of as many pistons as possible. But that's really all I can tell you without actually getting to take a look at it.
