Golden Apples refuse to work with the loot tables for command block, anyone know a fix?
"type": "item", "name": "minecraft:golden_apple" This should be giving the item into the loot table, but it just wont work with the golden apple. When its added the loot table fails

Your entry is missing "weight". This determines how likely it is for the item to be used. See also this link:
