so this is one solution to use your iron golem farm in minecraft 1.8 wihtout creating a lot of lag...

Quite a good fix, but cant tou just send them trough a portal to the nether and keep them there until you want to kill them? The moment you go through to kill them might be a bit laggy but that will be for a couple of secconds till tje tnt killed them.
