How to creat a health field.

Get a command block type
then actavatie the command block . so when you are close to the command block you will have extra health.
/effect absorption 4500 [radius r]then actavatie the command block . so when you are close to the command block you will have extra health.

effects: absorption, poision, instantdamage, damage and these are olny a few efects in minecraft

how this works: when the command is actavatied it will use the efect absorption to heal you then when it reaches the next part radius r it will use that efect in a circle from were you used the command

First off Its /effect not /efect
Secondly that won't even work!
It would be
/effect @a[r=X] absorbtion 4500
With 'X' being the radius in blocks
