[Minecraft Map] Command Block Experts in need!

Greetings PMC community,
Today I present to you a brand new Map idea called Acid Run!
Basically, I am looking for a great builder and a Redstone expert (16+ preferably with some java knowledge) to help me create a race-parkour type map. I do not want to spoil the map but I understand that you guys need some info so here it is:
The map will be unlimited (keep repeating the same motif over and over again)
There will be random powerups (Extra Heart, Jump boost, Jetpack)
Maximum hearts 5
10 points per minute (the map will stop when at least 50% of the players have died or when someone reaches 200 blocks)
Random negative powerups (remove hearts, give slowness, blindness, poison)
Areas:
Spawn Area (w/ map selector)
Shop (where you can purchase longer period for powerups)
