Redstone and aesthetics need a little work. Also, instead of the massive money contraption, I suggest using the new scoreboard method. And the house thing is not impossible.

if you mean like a buy and sell house button that would be impossible... (i tried, however i realised you can but and sell houses at any point in time, you dont have to be on that square) otherwise it is completly automated
