This command wont work. don't know what I did wrong, its hooked up to a fill clock, this is just for my minecraft parkour map, just so I can construct the parkour easier..
execute @e[type=Snowball] ~ ~ ~ setblock ~ -1 ~ minecraft:packed_ice
