Uhhhh if your not willing to learn for yourself then just find some already made map and download it....
Im currently doing the same thing. You need to know more then just how to lay redstone and torches in minecraft to do it. Id recommend first learning how binary works (just an understanding, not neccessarily mastery). I spent about an hour or two today reading up on the subject, as well as some general computer science stuff. Encoders, RAM and just generally how things actually happen inside a computer/binary counter/heck even a calculator. It is amazing how much more I actually understand what I have to build, and it makes all those youtube videos make so much more sense! Lol
Look don't give up. Its a big project that wont happen overnight, trust me I've tried. It'll be worth it when you find yourself actually coming up with your own plans in your head for what you want to build. Id rather have that feeling of accomplishment then just some copy of a cool build someone else made.......well maybe id still take the copy too lol can't deny how awesome some of these builds are.

Oh redstone computers!

computers run on a code of 1's and 0's like this: 010001010101110101001010101010010111000110100011001010101
this means that you can build a perfect computer on minecraft, using the code:
powered redstone = 1 unpowered redstone = 0
figure out computer programs. or at least the 01 codes for them!
finally, figure out how to make a monitor (idk how to)
that's it

That's called Binary, and by the way, when writing binary, it's better to write it in groups of 4, example: 0101 1101 0001 0111.
As for OP, maybe you should start by making a binary half-adder, or something similar. =)

As someone who has a fair amount of experience building redstone computers i would advise that you start by learning about logic gates and how to implement them using redstone as they are used in almost every part of a computer.
