So, I am a complete amateur with redstone and I was fooling around with it, trying to teach myself stuff when I discovered a cool thing. If I took a block, put a redstone torch on the side of the block, then put a repeater in front of it (setting it to 4 ticks) then looped redstone from the front of the repeater to the block it created a very basic redstone clock. Then I thought, "Hmm, I used to know how to make a triple-automatic dispenser turret" but I of course forgot how to do it. So I started putting out redstone then linked it to a dispenser, put arrows in it and sure enough I had a semi-automatic dispenser turret. Now every second the redstone clock ticks which activates the turret. This is the final result:
