Rentable player houses!

Hey guys I'm new to planet minecraft and I thought I would share my creation of rentable player houses using scoreboards and command blocks. I was just wondering if this is something anyone would actually use in their server or map, if not than can you please suggest other ideas for me as I am in the middle of creating both a server (white listed) and a map. If this is something you would use than suggest your ideas anyways. Thanks.

The players on the server I used to admin at really enjoyed the rent-able houses we provided, however ours were done by using a shop plugin.

Most Towny servers have this all ready.

Rentable houses seems like a neat idea. Maybe to expand on that, players could have rentable lots of land, for maybe shops and whatever. Maybe a realistic currency or some sort of government to control all that.
