Using /setblock to make another commandblock

Hey, I wanna use /setblock to create another commandblock but I'm not sure how to do it.
/setblock ~0 ~5 ~0 minecraft:command_block 0 replace ???
is as far as I got. How do I write the command that goes inside the spawned command block?
Starting simple, say I want the spawned commandblock to contain /tp @p[team=red] 0 64 0
how would I write that inside the first commandblock?

Gosh, thank you, {Command:/tp @p[team=red] 0 64 0} was the part I was after.
I had been trying for a long time but it seems I used too many parenthesis where none was needed. Thanks.
