What is wrong with this command

summon chest_minecart ~0 ~1 ~0 {Riding:{id:"Bat"}} {Riding:{id:Wolf}} What is wrong with that command in command block, and why is it wrong I have no clue, I tried every combination of curly brackets there are!

Remove the "_" in Minecart_Chest!

It should be like this:
summon MinecartChest ~0 ~1 ~0 {Riding:{id:"Bat", Riding:{id:Wolf}}}1
Use setblock.
