Are we allowed to use google images for paintings?
Well I keep seeing in texture packs that some painting are just ripped off of Google is it allowed? and if there's a similar topic, I didn't see it sorry (used Google translate).

You have to ask the original creator of the work for permission to use it unless they are public domain works or your use is allowed by the work's terms (if a work's copyright status isn't mentioned, it's probably copyright).

Well does anyone know where I can find a website with poke fan art so I can ask them if I could use their artwork also the texture isn't earning any money or adlfy credit

If you find sometime that isn't copyrighted then its fine.

If the original artists finds it, it will be even worse.

No. Taking copyrighted works and crediting them does NOT make it ok. If you do this and it is not allowed by the original artist's terms (or you don't follow their conditions) if a moderator finds it, they may suspend or remove your submission.

No, I don't think so. The only exception is if they are copyright free images. (For example, if you type in google images 'grass', you will have to check the copyright status on it)
