I am looking for a Texture Pack Designer/Editor to help creatie a pack for my Fallout Themed RPG server.

Im looking for a Post-Nuclear Apocalyptic themed texture pack. The style i would like it to be in would be that of a Fallout-New Vegas type of pack meaning i would like tstuff to look a bit sand warn with a sort of dirty/gritty look to it.
