How Can I Use DropBox To Upload Textures?

I have a Dropbox account and am using it to upload texture packs but the site won't let me use the website's URL to upload stuff. How can I use it?

Level 40 : Master Pixel Painter

You need to be level 20 first. Upload the pack if you have no other content, and then when you reach 20 you can use Dropbox.
