texture packing is very easy follow these simple steps to install a texture pack
step 1: look at a texture pack version and find out what version your minecraft is
step 2: look at the resolution of the texture pack try out different resolutions to find out which one is your computer's
step 3: download a texture pack that fits these conditions
step 4: open minecraft
step 5: go to options and find resourcepacks/texture packs mods
step 6: open the resource pack/texturepack mods folder and drop the downloaded texturepack inside
