Check the rp structure - it's like <your zip archive> /assets/minecraft/textures, etc, also check the icon resolution : It must be 2>4>8>16>32>64>128>256>512..etc px

i chandged the icon resolution to 4x4, but the texture pack continues to not appearing

I'm recommending using default icon resolution (128px) If it still not appear PM me the pack - It's really easy for me to fix the problem when i deal with it by myself :)

try to save the files again and re-upload the saved files. (not realy sure if it will work.)
