I'm making a Tim Allen meme resource pack and I can not figure out how to edit this picture to the right format. I also need to figure out how to get rid of the Java Edition water mark in front of it

I would suggest opening the picture in a program such as Paint or GIMP and then re-save it by using CTRL+SHIFT+S and then changing the .png at the bottom to whatever you wanted.
