Texture Pack Not Working?

So I have the NoLimit Private Texture Pack and I use it every time I play Minecraft. However, the latest release of MC makes it so that the resource pack doesn't load when I open the Resource Pack screen. However, when I play 1.11 and load the Resource Pack screen, I can see the NoLImit Private Texture Pack and I can use it. Whenever I play 1.12, it gets disabled and doesn't show up so it can be used. Can someone help me?

In fact, it should load on 1.12 if it loads perfectly on 1.11 even if the pack format is 1....really strange......

The pack.mcmeta is on 1 and it's usually for 1.8 or something like that. I was wondering how I can update it. I just don't know how.

It's outdated.

Really strange, is it a zip or normal folder?, and also check pack format in pack.mcmeta - it should be '3' .
