What is the best program to make texture packs? i found a program its sort of easy but its kind of weird the way it works i tried the skin nova editor it takes a long time to do is there a really Good but Free program i can download to make 1.8 and up texture packs? if so can i please have a download link? Thanks

Try Paint.Net. It is not a website, it is a program XD. I am using that to make my texture pack right now.
