Where is hotbar file located at a TexturePack?

Anyone knows where the hotbarfiles are located? I wanna customize it,but im dont finding ;-;

You mean resourcepack? Texture is located in <version> jar file/assets/minecraft/textures/gui and it's named "widgets"
