It looks like bricks. Not much to add though, with the comments above me being so useful.

More contrast and colors. Its too bland.

The dithering along the tops of the planks is very haphazard and all-over-the-place, and doesn't highlight the planks properly. There's no shading along the bottoms of the planks at all. The colors are alright, albeit a little pinkish. It's all-over very low saturation, which kind of gives it a stone feeling. Try raising the brightness a little, especially the highlights.
