8. Skills and About Yourself: I have lots of skills in minecraft servers. But I should be chosen because i can understand what people go through in minecraft. I used to own minecraft servers and some of them were successful. I have dealt with most situations which relate to running the servers. When i purchased the servers, i had to do everything myself because when i tried to ask people for help, they would then go on to grief the server and abuse their powers which has caused me to no longer trust anybody unless in know them in person. When i talk to people, i ask them questions which relate to the situation that they were in. I would then ask anybody on the server at the time of the incident what they saw or what they heard. I would then gather all the necessary evidence and find out who had broken the rules. With this evidence, i would also consult other staff members on their opinion of what happened and i would ask for a decision made by all staff included in the discussion. You should choose me over someone else because i can get to the bottom of any situation and have it solved in a friendly manner. Being staff on a server can mean alot of things. To first become staff, you need to have the respect of all the players who are there all the time. Being a staff member is also based on trust, if the players know you can handle big situations, then they will recommend you for becoming staff. Being staff isnt just about having authority over everyone else, its also the players who know they can rely on you in tough situations and they know that when dark times are approaching, then they know that you will stop people from breaking the rules and the staff from abusing their powers which were assigned to them. If i were chosen to be a staff member here, i would continue to gain the respect of all the players and constantly help them by giving them items which will further enhance their experience on the server and continue to enjoy having fun on the server. Having this kind of position is a privilege and is only given to those who have shown they are worthy for being staff on such a big server. I used to play on a serer years ago called The Silence Networks which was a big server with 30+ players a day right up until the owner was arrested (i later found this out by former players that he got arrested by the FBI for webcam hacking and he went into hiding), so the server shutdown after that. I was staff on other servers but they had all shutdown because they were run by little kids who knew nothing about creating successful server.
9. How much time can you contribute: I can contribute a couple of hours each afternoon and most hours during the weekend. i can give as much time as i have available.

I feel I have the experience as well as the knowledge. I know my place and I do what's told. I try not to mess about, but all humans need a bit of fun in their life, otherwise the world would be a pretty dull place.
I'm not hugely strict, because if I were a normal player hanging about on the server I wouldn't want a stringent staff member on my back all the time, but if things get too far I know when to reprimand people. I also do like to have a laugh - whether it be with the players or staff. I'm a fairly good-humored guy.
I'm a pretty casual guy like most people here, but I like to think outside of the box. I do have a plethora of experience + knowledge (been a co-owner once, admin four times and a mod three times if I remember correctly. If you'd like I can talk about them in detail, but I don't want to make this too long). I'm not particularly dim-witted; however at times I can be a bit dopey.
I'm also a very helpful person, whether it's helping the staff, the server or a general member I'll be there in a matter of seconds (depending if I'm on the server) - I find that if you have helped a player fix a problem then they're more likely to stay on, and more players makes a better server.
Building-wise I'm decent, but I'm no professional - If you need something built I won't hesitate to help, but you're better off getting a more professional player for a bigger job, but I'll always be there regardless.

I have a bit of an odd schedule, but because its the summer I should have a lot of free time. I do like to go out with my friends, but I should be able to play a good amount usually. Also, I don't have a big role on any other servers, so most of my MC time will be dedicated to the server.

I am a 16 year old guy from Ohio, that loves to play minecraft, and has played minecraft since the 1.2.5 update (I joined the day of the update) It's one of the best things I've done! Since then, I've managed to really build up skills as a moderator, and as a builder (I believe I'm not the best builder, certainly average, to slightly above average.) I'm a speedy builder for the most part, and I love to world edit things.

Before August happens I can be fairly active depending on the day. I work at an amusement park and May be gone from 9AM until 3:30PM or 3:30PM until midnight. It's fairly debatable. I will be willing to give my schedule as I get it to let you know.
Other than work, I am extremely active, I am willing to be on when others are not if it's needed, and can truly watch out for the rule breaking that goes on around the server.
After August is band time. (Marching Band) Which means my schedule becomes a bit more limited, but I can still find time each day to work on the server, and have time to even play on it too!

My name is Nathan, I am 13 years old and I am very good with computers, they are awesome. I am good at programming in languages such as: Lua, Java, Python, and JavaScript. I can make small websites, and small programs with Java and Lua. I am still learning Java, I started about a year ago, and I learned Lua when I was younger, like 11 or 12. I think I like Java the best, since it has the most uses (Software, Games) and I make minecraft bukkit plugins, and I know a bit about making minecraft mods.
On all the servers I've been staff on, I've never abused, or used commands that would make players rage or quit the server such as /kill or something like that. I won't ban players for no reason or anything, I'm not like that. I will be a good staff member, and never abuse. I will try as best I can to make players stay, and to get more players to join. I will enforce the rules, welcome new players, encourage players to vote, and encourage players to tell there friends about the server.
I am very experienced with tekkit, and pretty much all the moderators on it. I love playing tekkit, I think it is a lot better than vanilla minecraft because, well vanilla is slightly boring, in tekkit there are so many things you can do, such as building factories. My favorite mod in tekkit is Equivalent Exchange, if it didn't exist I probably wouldn't play tekkit at all.
I have a ton of experience as staff on other servers, like I said in the other question. Most of them were small servers that shut down about 3 months after opening so yeah... I've had to deal with hackers, griefers, flamers, and tons of other rule-breakers. This shows that I have a lot of experience managing players, and I am very good at it. (Not all the servers I have been staff on were small, such as quantekk hexxit which had around 150 players online)
Here are some things that would make me a good staff member:
- I have tons of experience with just everything; minecraft, plugins, commands, and having experience as staff on other servers.

1.) Quantekk (Hexxit & Tekkit Classic): I was trial-mod on the tekkit server and helper on the hexxit server. I am no longer staff on them because I decided to leave. I am almost positive I would never do this to you. This is a custom plugin I made called Inventories. For each donation rank, you get a different amount of extra inventory space!
Not only can I code plugins, I can do a lot of things with configurations. I can setup almost every common plugin's config.
