BROVILLE ONLINE || Looking for staff, developers, builders

Broville Online is a modern city adventure server which uses the wildly popular Broville v11 map that has been featured on numerous Youtube videos, blogs, and even books! The server aims to bring this map to life by using plugins such as Jobs, an economy, real estate, and Quests to give players a chance to make a name for themselves or their company while also exploring the beautiful city of Broville and it's surroundings!
As a staff member you will help to convert the single player Broville map to a map fit for use by a server. This includes building new structures, renovating old ones, setting up plugins, and writing lore for quests and history. You only have to apply for one position, but if you can help with multiple things it'd be appreciated!

Still looking for builders, lore writers, and staff!

Describe what you did as a staff member: I have held many positions on different servers as well as my very own. I first started out as a Helper on a friends server at the age of 14 and I worked there for 1 year as it started to die out. The name of that server was Beast Economy. After that I really got into messing around with different plugins and decided to open my own server called SoulsMC Network. That server lasted 5 years and had a playerbase of 600+. I closed it down because of losing main supporters and didn't have the time to maintain the server by myself. Most recently for the fast 1-2 years I have been an Owner,Dev and Builder on a small starter server I created for another player called EpiphanyMC. I recently finished and gave the server over to him. The question is "Describe what you did as a staff member", and personally I believe that no matter what position you hold, it is your job to make sure the server is an enjoyable place for all players and staff.

What position are you applying for? (Admin,Moderator,Helper): Admin, I will really take any position. Also below I will share some of my experience as a developer.
Do you have discord?: Yes, kelzenbergt#3409. I also have Ts3 and Skype.
Developer Experience:
How well would you rate your skills as a developer and why? - Its hard to say how well your skills are with developing because of how much there is to learn. I can currently say I am comfortable with HTML, CSS, Java and a few other platforms.
Can you code custom plugins/edit existing ones? - I can code smaller plugins and
have made a custom drug plugin for one of my old servers and also a custom Screen Share plugin which Id be more than happy to share with you.
Are you good at Plugin Configuration & Solving bugs and finding fixes? - I have a ton of experience configuring plugins. Not only from the servers I've owned but I also sell prebuilt servers I have created.
Proof of Plugins (not needed, but appreciated) - I can show you a few lines of my code privately.
Are you willing to be a dedicating individual to our staff team? - I have given up work on all other servers. I will still sell my premade servers but should be able to dedicate a lot of my time towards the server.
