Hey there, I'm interested in this position, but I just want to know, will builders get paid?

In the - not so far - future builders will be payed. They will be paid according to the work they’ve done, opposed to on a regular basis.
As of right now, however, we won’t be able to pay you due to the fact that we don’t have sufficient funding to pay for the servers, website, graphic art, and other things that we need, plus builders.

Why do people name their servers after themselfs..

If someone likes their name, then why not use it in more than one place. Hypixel does it. It doesn’t cause any harm.
i personally think names like jakecraft, or EpicMC, are terrible names
so it’s just about preference
