Intro:

I'm going to be building a Minecraft server and I would like some help. I'm looking for someone who is mature and is willing to work hard. I want to look at the server as a business and I'm looking for donators.

Someone who will actually work and treat this like a real job

Someone who can handle people well

I'm hard to work with because I have opinions and I say them
I'm a perfectionist
I'm looking at this as a business so I expect no laziness
I like to be able to contact my staff at any point in time outside of Minecraft
I don't know code but I'm hoping to learn
